No 'Junk Mail' folders in my options of Outlook Express

I used your online search to stop my spam and the instructions told me to go
to tools,optionk,junk mail....I do not have the junk mail options in my
Outlook Express. Can this be updated or downloaded?

IE's Outlook Express is not related to Outlook and has its own newsgroup. The
rules you researched apply only to Office's Outlook. OE uses Tools>Message
rules>blocked senders instead.
