No Java in new window

I am running XP, IE6 w/ SP1, and don't have any firewall/ anti-virus enabled

I have Microsoft Command Line Loader for Java Version 5.00.3810 installed

I can view Java within a page, but I can't launch new pages with Java

For example, I cannot launch the java link off of www.johnmayer.co

When I hold down shift-click, I get this

javascriptopupWindow('detectscript.html');self.close(

Page cannot be displayed

Any ideas??? Thanks!

MS no longer supports Java.

From the creators of Java, download the latest plug-in from here:

hey buddy,
i had the same problem....all u have to do is go to FAQS
at the top of the page where u posted this, then to the
internet explorer part, then to "frequently asked
questions about internet explorer script and java
issues", then to "Frequently Asked Questions About
Internet Explorer Script and Java Issues" ,then to "How
to Troubleshoot Script Errors in Internet Explorer 5, 5.5
and 6" and follow the first step by downloading the
script updates.
