I do not have an ISP. I Use what ever ISP is in the RV park. Is there anyway
to use Windows mail? Not Windows Live.

You would need to use a mail provider who supports a port
other than port 25 for sending. Aside from Hotmail, the only other
free provider who fits that bill is Gmail. Here are the steps to take:

1. If you currently don't have a Gmail account, apply for one here:

2. Enable your Gmail account for POP:
http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=13273

3. Set up that Gmail account in Windows Mail:

But you can only use Windows Mail on a Vista PC (without jumping through
hoops, which I don't think you're up to).
