No Internet Connection

I have a machine running Windows XP Home Edtion with Service Pack 2. I
cannot get to the internet, Page Not Found messages. However, when I issue
the IPCONFIG /ALL command from a command prompt window I am able to see the
DNS information from my ISP. Any suggestions?

To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type: SFC /SCANNOW

and

Go to Start/Run, and type: REGSVR32 URLMON.DLL Then open IE, Tools menu, Options, Program Tab, and click the "Reset Web Settings"
button.
