No IE History

IE6 History shows no entries at all. I had "Days to keep
pages in history" at 14 days and changed it to 10 with no
response. I am running SP 2 and all of the hotfixes. If I
recall correctly this has not worked since I had to
reinstall XP. I have a W2K removable drive that I use most
of the time rather than XP (because of this problem).

I have had the same problem since reinstalling XP about six weeks ago
The history will persist for the current session, and sometimes last
for a subsequent session, but I can't get anything to last more than
day.

If anyone has suggestions, please let me know
