Its called EWD (Expression Web Designer) and it's been in public beta for a
little over a month.
You can download it and mess around with it.
Newsgroup is at: microsoft.public.expression.webdesigner
This is as close as I can get you to where to download it http://connect.microsoft.com/default.aspx sorry I don't have the exact page
though. Maybe someone else here will post it.

| Rob, You yourself posted this address in an earlier post:
| Try this; https://connect.microsoft.com/site/sitehome.aspx?SiteID=134
|
| You have to sign-up for it.
| You'll like it...but remember it's BETA.
|
|
| But it doesn't seem to be the right address for downloading EWD.
| This one seems closer to it':
