No free/busy information could be retrieved

Here is my problem. When I send out a meeting request and
want to ivite an attendee and then look at their free/busy
schedule, I keep receiving the error. "No Information. No
free/busy information could be retreived."

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2002 and I don't know what
I'm supposed to do to be able to view their free/busy
schedule.

Any ideas?
 
You both have to be on the same network in order to do
that. If you are, you need to call your network
administrator. If you're not on a shared network, it's
not possible.
