i have vista installed build 6000 activated and english version, but when i

Is this an RC version or one that was bought from a retailer?
If it's RC, that may be why you can't load any more extras.

yes i click in check for updates, but show "windows is up to date", and i
have only two updates installed, i dont install it, i think they installed
with vista, KB928253 and kb929777

I suspect you are not running Vista Ultimate Edition. Click Start > right
click "Computer" > click Properties > under Windows edition, what does it
say?
