No email for contact

When I go to write and e-mail in Outlook 2003, I select the “To†button and
some of the contacts do not have an e-mail listed. However, when I got to
“contacts†an e-mail is listed for that contact.

Would anyone have an idea what might be causing this?

Thanks

Either the contacts folder referenced in the address book isn't the same
contacts folder you're examining or the mail addresses in the contact
records aren't properly resolved. All of the email addresses should be
underlined in the contact record. For one of the contacts that don't
appear, modify the mail address by changing the last letter in the address
to itself, then save and close the contact again. Now see if it appears in
the address book interface.
