No easy way to change from IMAP to POP3

In E-mail settings, IMAP is greyed out and there is no option to
choose POP3.

Does anyone have an easy ay to do this?

Configure a new email account to Outlook.

Go to Account Settings, click on New. In the Add New Account dialog box, click on "Manually configure server settings or additional server types". Click Next > Next. Here you can fill the server information, i.e. either you want to select IMAP, POP.

1. Open Outlook: Launch your Outlook application.
2. Click on Tools: Go to the "Tools" menu at the top.
3. Select Account Settings: Choose "Account Settings" from the dropdown.
4. Go to Email Accounts: Click on the "Email Accounts" tab.
5. Select Your Account: Choose the email account you want to change.
6. Change Account Type: Click on "Change Account Type" button.
7. Select POP3: Choose the "POP3" option from the available choices.
8. Enter Credentials: Enter your email address and password again.
9. Save Changes: Click "Next" and then "Finish" to save the changes.
10. Restart Outlook: Close and reopen Outlook to apply the changes.
