No E-Mail

I have a client who is having problems reciving e-mail. The husband and wife
use the same user name. The wife uses outlook for her e-mail ( it is the
default mail). The husband uses hotmail from internet explorer The husband
had been getting e-mail from the wife. Then about a week ago he stoped
getting mail. I can e-mail him and he gets mail from other people, but he
cannot get mail from his wife. She can e-mail other people but not to him the
mail gets sent but not recived.
Can anyone help.

Has the husband looked in the Junk E-mail folder in his Hotmail account for
his wife's messages? Does the wife get any errors of any kind? Is she
using a non-Hotmail mail provider or is she also using Hotmail? What
version of Outlook?
