No date in the email

Hi all,

I am using outlook 2007. When the user recevied email, the date and time is
missing.

The Sent: field is showing "none".

please advice.

Which mail account type are you using?
Is this issue on your machine or on the machine of the user? Your post is
confusing that way.

It is the user machine. When the user recevied the emails the sent field is
always none.

Mail account type; Exchange, POP3, IMAP, HTTP, Outlook Connector, other...?
Is the receiver also using Outlook 2007?
Is this issue the case for all messages that are being received or just from
you?

In general, this issue could be caused by an add-in, probably a virus
scanner that integrates with Outlook. Disable/uninstall this integration and
try again.
