No Database Window

Hello,

I have never seen this before. I have an app that runs with the database
window hidden (the API is from the Access Web), but with small popup window
that I placed on the top corner of the screen to enable me to show make the
database window visible again. This morning I tried showing the datbase
window, but it didn't appear, so I opened the database holding the shift key
and it doesn't appear using that method. This never happened before and I
have never seen where I couldn't show the database window. I rebooted and
that didn't help. I also checked the Window menu, and the Unhide option is
not available.

A couple of months ago I reinstalled WindowsXP, ad SP2, and Office. At
that time I installed Norton's anti-virus, but replaced it with Trend Micro
Office Scan client last week. Norton's was causing the windows installer to
open whenever I opened Word. Other than that, there seem to be no issues.

have you tried F11 to show db window?

I just did and it didn't help. Good thought though.

Its a long shot, but might the Db window have gone off screen? That is , be
revealed by scroll bars on the Access window?(if any)

Yes Thanks. I wouldn't have thought of that. I had to scroll down to find
