no css templates? Where can I find them?

where can I find css templates for office 2003? It has the ablity but office
doesn't seem to have anything on their site in regards.

I would like to know if anyone has had success in creating web pages with
word 03. It seems to have the basic functions including importing css
templates. I can't find templates on MS website.
