No boot at all

When I power up all I get is a continuous beeping. If I hit reset enough the
beeping will stop and keep running, but still will not go into any boot.
Before it crashed I did have a error corrupt windows\system32 but lost
everthing before I could fix that problem. Looking for ideas to at least get
to save mode.

Check that your CPU and case and power supply fans are working.

Count the number of beeps you're getting (long & short), note your BIOS
manufacturer (and version); then if you look up those beep codes on the
manufacturers website, that'll give you a really good start (eg. memory
failures etc)
