no automatic fill in of email addresses

windows mail does not automatically fill-in email addresses........i have
checked the appropriate box in options. any solutions.......

Click on Tools, then Options, then Send. Click on the box before
Automatically complete e-mail addresses when composing a few
times, leaving it with a check mark showing, then click Apply,
then OK.

Note that Windows Mail does not use the contacts list when
completing addresses. Instead, it uses a separate list of the last
29 addresses you sent messages to. This list is very hard to edit;
it's easier just to send messages to the 29 addresses you want on
the list.

Users who don't like what Windows Mail does in completing
addresses often prefer what Windows Live Mail does:
