I do not know what is happening. I finished setting up a new PC with a SiS
180 SATA Raid in a Raid 1. The PC will not power off during the shutdown
process (I get "Safe to power off..." screen.) I believe that this PC should
power off (P4 3.0 HT.)

What should I check for ?

How can I fix this??

Checked that already. I checked all the drivers and it seems that the RAID
set up was not complete. The Device Manager is stating that the PC is a
Standard SMP computer and not a ACPI PC. I am re-do the install, hopefully
with the correct working SiS RAID drivers.

Make sure ACPI is enabled in BIOS.
