No audio with webcam using MSN Messenger 6.1

I use a Logitech webcam via USB with a PC running XP home edition.
It works fine with net.meeting but there is no audio at either side when I use MSN Messenger V6.1.

I have checked the set-up and disabled the firewall but it still does not work

Any ideas ?

I have had this exact same problem and it was very frustrating. It has however now been resolved
Click "start
click "control panel
double click "network connections
right click on Local area connection, then go to "properties
uncheck "QoS Packet Scheduler
Restart compute
Then try messenge

This worked on mine. Good luck

It has been driving me crazy, i will try it later, if it works then you are better than the hopeless msn helpdesk.
