No audio from my speakers...Code 39

A few days ago I lost all audio. I have checked to make sure my Audigy
drivers are installed and they are. It seems that everything is working
correctly in that area, but it seems that I may be missing something in terms
of some drivers that Windows uses? I am getting a code 39 in Windows that
says it cannot find any drivers for my sound card. I have very little
experience when it comes to this sort of problem. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
