no Asian language in Premium at all?

Just bought a pc with Home Premium installed, try to install Chinese and
Japnese, but there is no such option. Is there LIP or mul for this version?

Go to Control Panel\Security\Windows Update
In the left panel, click Restore Hidden Updates

Do you see them now?

Sorry, Language Packs are only available for Vista Ultimate and Enterprise.

I use Vista Home Premium SP1, Windows Live Mail.
I don't know about Japanese language, but you can purchase Chinese Input
Method software and install it.
I use Online Cantonese Input Method, free.
