No answers

Seems no one can get answers in this newsgroup. Microsoft
is not giving any help here. No one is sharing their
solution. It sucks!

You should be aware that when answers are given here, the information if
volunteered by readers who wish to contribute. Could be anyone in the
world. You correct to observe that Microsoft does not give help here
(although you will see Microsoft people volunteering their time also).
It's not a Microsoft support forum.

If people know the answer to the question, if the issue
interests/intrigues them, and if they have time ... they'll give an answer.

How many answers have you contributed to "pay" for the answers you now
expect?

we're answering questions even though many times the questions were asked
and answered months ago and a little searching at sites like
groups.Google.com or even any search engine will return the correct answer
in seconds...
