I am using the WinDDK (6001.18001) on WIN XP SP2

I run the build command: "build -ceZ" and get the following error:

NMAKE : fatal error U1073: don't know how to make
'c:\winddk\6001.18001\src\kmdf\osrusbfx2\sys\step1\obj\i386\mui_drv.rcc'
errors in directory c:\winddk\6001.18001\src\kmdf\osrusbfx2\sys\step1

I looked for the "mui_drv.rcc" file and I did not find it.
I am using the same files that were installed by the WinDDK installer.(Not
modified)

I have not installed Visual Studio 2003, 2005 or 2008. Do I need one of
those environments installed to make this work?

What must I do to correct this error?
