Newsreader

I go to some of Microsoft's pages and ther is an option
to open a link with newsreader, but when I click on it, I
get the message "no program associated with filename" but
yet I can't find out anything about "newsreader" HELP!!!

See Control Panel, Internet, Tab: Programs, pick one of the available
newsreaders. Outlook Express is default in XP.
