Ummm... why are you asking this question in a newsgroup supporting the
database program Microsoft Access?
Your company almost certainly has Outlook Express (it comes with
Internet Explorer), so that's essentially free and reasonably
competent. I prefer Agent (www.forteinc.com), and there are lots more.
