You get whatever newsgroups are carried by whatever NNTP (Network News
Transfer Protocol) server to which you connect. Since you are using OE,
right-click on the root node for your news account and select Newsgroups
to see what are available (you may have to reset the list to make sure
you have the latest list of groups).
