I should add that Outlook Express is already shown as the
default newsreader under Internet Options. When I try to
open OE separately, I get the error message 'the
application was unable to open the OE message store'
followed by the error message 'OE could not be started
because MSOE.DLL could not be initialized. OE may not be
installed correctly'. But it all worked OK before!
