You mean *instead* of using IE's Tools -> Mail and News -> News menu (which
starts OE)? You don't need a plug-in to start OE from inside IE (but then
why bother starting OE from IE since a shortcut in the QuickLaunch toolbar
in the Taskbar would be more convenient?). Do you instead want to use a web
interface to newsgroups? Then put a shortcut in your Links toolbar to
Google Groups, Microsoft's Community newsgroups, or whatever suits your
fancy.
