News command gone from Go menu and Customise options

Followed instructions in help to add News command to Go menu. Worked once,
then disappeared. No longer in Tools>Customize>Commands either. Detect and
repair didn't work and cannot find any answeres in Outlook help

Dear Mr. Tillman,

Thanks. I've not delved into the Registry and just stuck with Outlook
Express. It works fine, just a bit annoying.

Since the link I cited lists a registry file as only one way to do it,
there's no need to delve into the registry.
