Hello,

Would newinspector be able to trace all the new item create event?

I'm not sure what you mean. NewInspector fires when an item is opened. It
has nothing to do with creating new items in a folder, for example. To
handle creation of new items you would need to handle the ItemAdd event for
the Items collection of a folder. If you were interested in more than one
folder you'd need to handle that event on every folder of interest.
