NewdotNet Browser Plug-in

Hi there all...

Can someone please tell me how to remove the Newdotnet
threat from my PC. As soon as MS antispyware removes
this it creates a conflict with SP 2 firewall. It seems
as soon as it gets removes from my PC that it diables the
firewall on windows and a security alert pops up. Is
there anyway in which to remove this without this
happening.
