Hi all
For long enough I have been using a nightly compact operation to manage our
company database.
Occasionally it would lose the path to the mdb file, but re-inputting this
would solve this.
It is now reporting an error as follows:
Error in ng_Execute (1) - 13 - Type mismatch.
Does anyone know what might cause this?
I have opened the mdb directly this morning and run a Compact-Repair without
problems.
The header info for this utility is:
'* Compact A List version 2000.2.0
' Performs backup, and Access compact operations on a list of database
files.
'
' This module was created by:
'
' Peter's Software

' Santa Monica, CA 90401
' USA
Can anyone who uses this please shed light on this?
I considered posting reams of code, but I wouldn't understand the response
(and this was working fine until a week or two ago)!
I am not aware of any changes to client (where utility runs) or server
(where backend resides).
TIA
Phil
