hello everyone,

i am vc++ newbie, i want to learn to program for win xp, win me or win 2000,
where do i start...? plz help me in this regard? should i use rad apps like
borland c++ builder 6 or vc++ 2005?

plz give me informative analysis and advice...

Although geared to Visual C++ 6, the book "Beginning Visual C++ 6" by Ivor
Horton will give you a good start if you work through all the chapters and
exercises:
