Set Rng = Worksheets("Sheet1").Range("A3").End(xlDown)(2)
Set rng1 = Worksheets("Sheet2").Range("A1").End(xlToRight)(1, 2)

Ok, I understand all of this except what the (2) or the (1,2) do at th
end of the set statements.. can't find anywhere in the help that give
me an indication what those parameters are for.

Thanks in advance,
Stev

The (2) refers to row 2 and of the current range.

(1,2) refers to row 1, column 2 of the current range.

The other code is creating a range from a certain point (A3 or A1), and
finding some end point, and then setting the range object to part of the
found range.
