Newbie needs help

I just loaded MS Spyware and it said I had 0 infections.
I ran PestPatrol and it says I have Hijacker
(PeopleOnPage), ToolBar (System Soap Pro), Adware
(SuperBar), Spyware (BonziBuddy).

Should I buy CA's PestPatrol and delete these while MS
Spyware gets better at identifying these?

i often use pestpatrol online,and when it says its found something i
go into registry and manually remove the entries,and i check
programs/windows/sytem folder for
any references to whatever it says it has found..backup up registry keys as
well incase there needed for
restoring

Thanks...I do not have the nerve to go into the registry
and remove...but it seems pestpatrol is a good/additional
line of defense.

Mostly it's a good idea to turn off System Restore, as this stores the
spyware & other nasty's when it does a backup.

Turn it back on when you have done a scan & cleaned any junk.

I believe there is an option to create a backup.
