Newbie need help

I just loaded MS Spyware and it said I had 0 infections.
I ran PestPatrol and it says I have Hijacker
(PeopleOnPage), ToolBar (System Soap Pro), Adware
(SuperBar), Spyware (BonziBuddy).

Should I buy CA's PestPatrol and delete these while MS
Spyware gets better at identifying these?

It's Beta yet - with a Beta 2 still to come so I hear. Don't expect it to
catch everything just yet - no AntiSpyware program will catch everything. I
still run four to five AS programs - to include MS AntiSpyware. Remember,
it is not designed to catch cookies, so that differs from some programs.
