Newbie: Add a form to another project

Hello,
this is probably a stupid / simple question.

I have a form belonging to Solution A and I want to seamelesly add it to
Solution B (different directories, etc.)

I dont want to import the whole solution to the other. Just one form and its
code. And in a way that it will be on the same directory.

What's the best way to do it?

Click "Add Existing Item...", select the file, and then change the
dropdown button to reference the file only and keep it in its original
location.
