newbe, webbrowser control

First, add it to the toolbox. As it is an ActiveX control you will find it
on the COM Components tab when you select Add/Remove Items from the context
menu for the toolbox.. It is listed as Microsoft Web Browser.

Once it is in the toolbox, you can add it like any other control.

I would suggest you search the MSDN for articles on hosting the WebBrowser
control, as this is where the fun starts.
