new XP

Friend is getting a new XP system for Xmas. She has a old old Mac. Any ideas
on how to move a few hundred pictures across these media? I do not know if a
JPG saved to CD from one would load in other.

Provided that the CD is burnt using in the ISO9660 format AND the names do
not contain characters that are forbidden in XP then the XP machine will be
able to see the files.

Thanks for info Greenie. Suspected someone here would admit to knowing
something about Macs. LoL
