New worm just surfaced

I have visited Microsoft Update and have been unable to
find and download patch for the most recent worm infecting
computers(home computers included) Please help!!!!!

Are you using Windows 9x or Windows ME? If so, these operating systems are
not vulnerable to the worm that is currently causing so many problems - and
so there is no patch.
