new windows not fullscreen

when i open a new window by clicking on a link, it never
opens it fullscreen and i'm tired of maximizing every new
window. how can i fix this?

Scott,
Stretch that second window out to the desired size- don't use maximize.
Close other IE windows. Close that window last.
