New Windows media center pc

Does anyone know how to manually tune in the tv in
Windows media center?

There's no program guide available yet for my region
(dublin, Ireland) so my only option is to download a uk
version but lots of my channels are either missing or not
tuned in correctly.

I tried to download software for my hauppage tuner card
by it requires driver downloads and I'm afraid of messing
up the media center.

Any ideas??
