New Website Registration

Hi!

I am trying to set up a new website. I am extremely new to this. I want to
set up a website but only certain people to access it. From my research, I
see that I am supposed to set up a registration form. But I cant quite find
enough details on how to do this. I have attempted, up to the part where I
need to go into "tools" "Security" but my security feature is always whited
out? Please help.

Security tab is only available if you are online live with the server and
your host allows it's use.

The registration form only works on Unix/Linux based servers.

The FP registration form allows anyone to register and then gain access.
