New user accounts appear after SP4

After installing SP 4, three new user accounts appeared on my machine,
called:
ASP.NET Machine Account, NT Authority\Authenticated Users, and NT
Authority\Interactive.

Any idea what these are for, and can they be safely deleted?

You installed the .net framework. That's what the aspnet account is from,
not sp4, unless sp4 contains the .net framework, which I am not aware of.
That account will exist if you have IIS installed.
