New User Account

I have a Windows XP Professional PC that has lots of stuff
loaded on it. I want to create a 2nd user account that I
can use to get at my office programs and the internet
without loading everything that my current account loads.
Is there a way to do this?

Start/Control Panel/User Accounts/Create a New Account

Make sure you retain yourself as the Administrator and
give full access to your other account.
