New To Windows Mail

Hello... I am new to windows mail and am having trouble setting up the
newsgroups section. Can anyone help me set it up? I have a windows live ID
already.
 
The path to a new newsgroup is:
Tools - Accounts - Add - Newsgroup
What precisely is the problem you're having? Errors, login, etc...
 
Login.... I use my Windows Live ID (ErikH1164) and my password but it comes
up saying it is not valid..... and keeps asking m to reenter it
 
Also... Since I was playing around trying to get it set up...... II deleted
the account trying to make a new one... what is the servername?
 
Which news server are you talking about?
The one that comes installed with Windows Mail is msnews.microsoft.com.
Leave the username and password blank.

That server only supports Microsoft newsgroups. If you want access to
non-Microsoft newsgroups, use the news server supplied by your ISP.
