new style buttons

Greetings,
We use Access 2003 at work for our databases. When I build a database the
buttons are the old square type, I downloaded an access database the other
day which had the new style buttons in it, I then deleted everything in it
and imported my database into it which gave me the new style buttons, the
problem I have is when I transfer my database onto another work computer the
buttons convert to the old style square buttons, so my question is how do I
set up the other work computers to show the new style buttons?

And yes i did try using the following
"Select 'Options' from the 'Tools' menu, select the 'Forms/Reports' tab, and
un-check the option 'Use Windows Themed Controls on Forms'."
