New Skins in Outlook 2003

Hi,

I'm using Outlook 2003 in combination with Windows XP
Professional SP1. I was wondering if outlook 2003
supports new skins, or interfaces like the one Entourage
2004 uses. For me the interface (or skin) of Entourage is
more clear and user-friendly.

Is there a way of importing this interface (or skin) in
outlook 2003?

I don't think Outlook is a skinnable application.
