New Security update flaw

After downloading the new security update to keep
unwanted hackers from accessing my computer, it has
messed up my start-up process. After installing, I
restarted the computer, and it takes approximately two
extra minutes for my desktop to load. It will display my
background, but the task bar and icons do not appear for
teo minutes. This is very inconvenient and I would like
to know how to either fix it, or uninstall the security
update.

Obviously it's not a flaw since I installed it on a bunch of machines and
they're still working with no problems. You need to look into your Event
Log for clues. Perhaps your issue is unrelated to the update.
