New queries are saving automatically

A strange problem has begun happening recently in one of
my DBs. When I create a new query and want to close it
without saving, I get the "Save As" prompt, and have to
save it in order to close the query. Anyone know why?

You probably have code somewhere that turned warnings off and never turned
them back on.
