New port, system configuration changed message every day.

I get a message that my system configuration has changed about EVERY DAY.
I've tried blocking the port
I've tried unblocking the port (and blocking it in my router firewall)
How can I get Defender to shut up about this -- besides uninstalling it?

Which "qwave" do you have installed? Is it one from a questionable source
such as FreeDownloadCenter.com? Or is it the Microsoft audio-video driver?

Begin the delusing process by removing qwave and get back to us. If you are
